Please read these Terms very carefully as they form a binding legal agreement between you - our customer (the "Customer") - and us. By opening an account (the "Account") and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy together with any changes that may be posted from time to time.

General Terms
We reserve the right to change the Terms (including any documents referred to and linked to below) at any time. Where such change is not material, we may not provide advance notice. You will be notified in advance of material changes to the Terms and may be required to reconfirm your acceptance of the updated Terms before the changes become effective. If you object to such changes, you must immediately stop using the Service and the termination provisions below will apply. Your continued use of the Service indicates that you agree to be bound by such changes. Any wagers not settled before the amended Terms become effective will be subject to the pre-existing Terms.

1. Your obligations
1.1 You agree that at all times when using the Service:
(i) you are over 18 years of age (or the age of majority, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) and can enter into a binding legal contract with us.
ii) You are in a country where it is legal to place bets on the Service (if in doubt, you should seek local legal advice). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is legal.
iii) You are not a resident of the following countries:
- United States of America and its territories, French Republic and its territories, Netherlands (including Curaçao and other countries and territories that are part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands), Iran, North Korea, Singapore, Albanian, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, Jamaica, Haiti, Mauritius, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
- And any other country that may prohibit the offering of online gambling to its residents or to anyone within that country.
1.2. When sending money to us, you are authorized to do so, for example, you are the authorized user of the debit/credit card or other payment method.
1.3 When participating in the Services and/or placing bets, you will not be placed in a position of actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest in any way.
1.4 You have never failed to pay or attempted to fail to pay a liability in a wager.
1.5 You are acting exclusively on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes.
1.6. By placing bets, you may lose some or all of your money deposited with us in accordance with these Terms and you will be fully responsible for that loss.
1.7 You must use the Service only for legitimate betting purposes and must not attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service in bad faith or in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Service or us.
1.8. When placing wagers on the Service, you must not use any information obtained in breach of any legislation in force in the country in which you were when the wager was placed.
1.9 You shall make all payments to us in good faith and shall not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that would cause such payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimately incurred liability.
1.10. Otherwise, you must act in good faith towards us from the Service at all times and for all wagers made through the Service.
2. Register
2.1 You agree that at all times when using the Service:
(i) To protect the integrity of the Service and for other operational reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.
ii) Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. To begin wagering on the Service, we require that you become a verified Customer, which includes passing certain checks. You may be asked to provide valid proof of identification and any other documents that may be deemed necessary.
iii) This includes, but is not limited to, a photo ID (copy of passport, driver's license or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence at a minimum. We reserve the right to suspend wagering or restrict Account options on any Account until the necessary information is received. This is a statutory requirement and is done in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering legal requirements. In addition, you will need to fund your Player Account using the payment methods set out in the payment section of our website.
2.2 You must provide complete and accurate information about yourself, including first name, last name, address and valid email address, and update this information in the future to keep it complete and accurate.
2.3 It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date in your Account. Failure to do so may result in you not receiving important account-related notifications and information from us, including changes we make to these Terms.
2.4 We identify and communicate with our customers through their registered email address. It is the Customer's responsibility to maintain an active and unique email account, to provide us with the correct email address and to notify ALYBET of any changes to their email address.
2.5 Each Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the security of his or her registered email address to prevent the use of his or her registered email address by third parties.
2.6 ALYBET will not be liable for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to result from communications between ALYBET and the Customer using the Registered Email Address.
2.7 Any Customer who does not have an email address accessible by ALYBET will have their Account suspended until a valid email address is provided to us.
2.8 We will immediately suspend your Account upon written notice to that effect if you knowingly provide false or inaccurate personal information. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances and/or contact the relevant authorities who may also take action against you.
2.9 You are only allowed to register one Account on the Service. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device, we must be informed in advance by the respective account holders. Accounts are subject to immediate termination if you are found to have multiple accounts registered with us.
2.10. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf.
2.11. To secure your financial value and confirm your identity, we may use any third party information providers we deem necessary.
2.12. You must keep your password to the Service confidential.
2.13. Provided that the requested account information has been correctly provided, we are entitled to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals have been made by you.
2.14. We advise you to change your password regularly and never disclose it to any third party.
2.15. Passwords must contain at least one letter, one number and one special character and must be at least eight characters long. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so is at your own risk.
2.16. You must exit the Service at the end of each session.
2.17. If you believe that any of your account information is being misused by a third party, or your account has been hacked or your password has been discovered by a third party, you must notify us immediately by email using your registered email address to suporte@AlyBET.com.
2.18. You must notify us if your registered email address has been hacked, however, we may require you to provide additional information/documentation so that we can verify your identity. We will immediately suspend your account as soon as we become aware of such an incident. In the meantime, you are responsible for all activities on your account, including third party access, regardless of whether their access was authorized by you.
2.19. You shall not at any time transmit any content or other information about the Service to another Customer or any other party by means of screen capture (or other similar method), nor display such information or content in a frame or in any other manner that is different from how it would appear if such Customer or third party had typed the Service URL into the browser line.
2.20. When you register, the platform's reference currency is the same as the currency of the country in which you are located. This will be the currency of your deposits, withdrawals and wagers made and matched on the Service, as set out in these Terms. Some payment methods are not processed in all currencies. In such cases, a processing currency will be displayed, along with a conversion calculator available on the page.
2.21. We are under no obligation to open an account for you and our registration page on the Site is only an invitation to treat you. It is entirely within our sole discretion to proceed with opening an account for you and, if we refuse to open an account for you, we are under no obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.
Upon receipt of your application, we may contact you to request further information and/or documentation in order for us to fulfill our regulatory and legal obligations.
3. Restricted Use
3.1 You must not use the Service:
(i) if you are under the age of 18 (or a minor as stipulated under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally capable of entering into a binding legal contract with us.
ii) Collect nicknames, email addresses and/or other information from other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service).
iii) Disrupt, affect or improperly influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service in general.
iv) Promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation that may be removed from the Service without notice.
(v) In any manner that, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered an attempt to: (a) defraud the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (b) conspire with any other Customer using the Service to obtain a dishonest advantage.
(vi) to scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights.
(vii) Or for any unlawful activity.
3.2 You may not sell or transfer your account to a third party, nor may you purchase a player account from a third party.
3.3 You may not transfer funds between player accounts in any way.
3.4 We may immediately terminate your account upon written notice to you if you use the Service for any unauthorized purpose. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances.
4. Privacy
4.1 Any information provided to us by you will be protected and processed in strict accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4.2 We will not disclose the identity of any person who places bets using the Service unless the information is legally required by competent authorities such as Regulators, the Police (e.g. to investigate fraud, money laundering or sports integrity issues) or by Financial Entities such as banks or payment providers or as permitted from time to time in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.3 Upon registration, your information is stored in our database. This means that your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to jurisdictions which may not provide the same level of protection and security applied in the EU or EEA. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the transfer of your personal information for the purposes of providing the Service that is the subject of this agreement.
5. Your account
5.1. We accept accounts in multiple currencies, all account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected when the account was originally opened.
5.2 We do not give credit for use of the Service.
5.3. We may terminate or suspend an Account and refund any amounts withheld if you are not or we reasonably believe you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so. We cannot always give you advance notice.
5.4 We reserve the right to suspend an account without notice and return all funds. However, contractual obligations already due will be honored.
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for any reason, including any wager deemed fraudulent to circumvent our wagering limits and/or our system regulations.
5.6 If we close or suspend your account due to your breach of these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your wagers.
5.7 If any amount is erroneously credited to your account, it remains our property and upon becoming aware of such error, we will notify you and the amount will be removed from your account.
5.8 If, for any reason, your Account is overdrawn, you will owe us for the amount overdrawn.
You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors in relation to your Account.
5.9. Customers have the right to opt-out of the ALYBET Services. Such requests should be received from the customer's registered email address and sent to suporte@AlyBET.com.
5.10. Customers may set limits on the amount they can bet and lose. Such request should be sent from the customer's registered email address to suporte@AlyBET.com.
5.11. The implementation and increase of limits must be processed diligently, however, any request to remove or reduce limitations must be made after a cooling off period of seven days following your request.
5.12. If you wish to close your account with us, please send an email from your registered email address to suporte@AlyBET.com
6. Depositing Funds
6.1 You may deposit funds in your Account by any of the methods set out on our website. All deposits must be made in the same currency as your Account and any deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate obtained from the prevailing exchange rate at our own bank, after which your Account will be deposited accordingly.
6.2 Fees and charges may be applied to your deposits and withdrawals. Any deposit made into an Account that is not rolled over three times will incur a 3% processing fee and any applicable withdrawal fee. You are responsible for your own bank charges that you may incur due to the deposit of funds with us.
6.3 ALYBET is not a financial institution and uses third party electronic payment processors to process deposits; they are not processed directly by us. If you deposit funds, your account will only be credited if we receive an approval and authorization code from the institution issuing the payment. If the issuer of your means of payment does not give such authorization, your account will not be credited with those funds.
6.4 Your funds are deposited and held in the respective client account based on the currency of your account. We are not a financial institution and you will not be entitled to interest on any outstanding account balances and any interest accrued on client accounts will be paid to us.
6.5 Funds derived from illicit means shall not be deposited with us.
7. Withdrawal of Funds
7.1 You may withdraw some or all of your Account Balance within the transaction maximums shown on the Site. Please note that fees may apply.
7.2 All withdrawals must be made in the currency of your Account, unless otherwise stipulated by us.
7.3 We reserve the right to request documentation for identity verification purposes before granting any withdrawals from your Account. We also reserve the right to request such documentation at any time during the life of your relationship with us.
7.4 All withdrawals must be made from the original debit, credit card, bank account, payment method used to make the payment from your Player Account. We may, and always at our discretion, allow you to withdraw to a payment method from which your original deposit did not originate. This will always be subject to additional security checks.
7.5 If you wish to withdraw funds but your Account is inaccessible, inactive, blocked or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department at suporte@AlyBET.com.
7.6 6.13. You may only have one pending withdrawal (i.e. requested but not processed) per payment method at a time. Also, depending on the method used, you may only make one withdrawal request per 24-hour period.
8. Transactions and Payment Processors
8.1 You are fully responsible for the payment of all amounts due to us. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that would cause such payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a liability legitimately incurred. You will reimburse us for any chargebacks, refusal or reversal of payment you make and any loss suffered by us as a result. We reserve the right to also impose an administration fee of £60, or the currency equivalent, per reversal, refusal or reversal of payment that you make.
8.2 We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and or commercial banks to process payments made by you and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions, provided that they are disclosed to you and these terms do not conflict with these Terms.
8.3 All transactions made on our site may be verified to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing activities. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authority depending on the jurisdiction governing the transaction.
9. Errors
9.1 In case of an error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets will be void. You are obliged to inform us immediately as soon as you become aware of any error with the Service. In the event of communication or system errors or bugs or viruses occurring in connection with the Service and/or payments made to you as a result of a defect or effort in the Service, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses or claims arising out of or resulting from such errors, and we reserve the right to void all games/bets in question and take any other action to correct such errors.
9.1.1 In case of malfunction of the casino system, all bets are void.
9.2 In case of casino system malfunction or disconnection problems, all bets will be void. In the event of such an error or any system failure or game error that results in an error in any calculation of odds, charges, fees, rake, bonus or payout, or any currency conversion as applicable, or other malfunction of the casino system (the "Casino Error "), we reserve the right to declare null and void any bets or wagers that were the subject of such Casino Error and to remove any money from your Account in connection with the relevant bets or wagers.
9.3 We make every effort to ensure that we make no mistakes in posting lines. However, if as a result of human error or system problems, a bet is accepted that is: materially different from those available on the general market at the time the bet was placed; or clearly incorrect given the possibility of the event occurring at the time the bet was placed, we reserve the right to cancel or void that bet, or cancel or void a bet placed after the start of an event.
9.4 We have the right to recover from you any amount overpaid and to adjust your account to correct any error. An example of such an error might be where a price is incorrect or where we have entered the result of an event incorrectly. If there are insufficient funds in your account, we may require you to pay us the relevant outstanding amount related to any erroneous bets or wagers. Accordingly, we reserve the right to cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, placed with funds resulting from the error or otherwise.
10. General Rules
10.1 If a game and/or sport specific rule contradicts a general rule, the general rule will not apply.
10.2 The winners of an event will be determined on the settlement date of the event; we do not recognize contested or overturned decisions for betting purposes. The outcome of an event suspended after the start of the competition will be decided according to the betting rules specified by us for that game/sport.
10.3 All published results will be final after 72 hours and no queries will be answered after this time period. Within 72 hours of the results being published, the company will only reset/correct the results due to human error, system error or mistakes made by the referring results source.
10.4 Minimum and maximum bet amounts on all events will be determined by us and are subject to change without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to adjust limits on individual Accounts.
10.5 Customers are solely responsible for their own Account transactions. Please be sure to check your bets for errors before submitting them. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. We are not responsible for lost or duplicate bets placed by the Client, and we will not honor discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Clients can review their transactions in the Casino Transactions section of the website after each session to ensure that all wagers requested have been accepted.
10.6 For a wager to have action on any contestant named in a Yes/No Proposal, the contestant must enter and compete in the event.
10.7 ALYBET reserves the right to remove events, markets and any other products from the site.
10.8 ALYBET reserves the right to restrict access to the casino for any player without notice.
11. Communications and Notices
11.1 All communications and notices to be given under these Terms by you shall be sent to suporte@AlyBET.com.
11.2 All communications and notices to be given under these Terms by us to you, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, will be posted on the Website and/or sent to the Registered Email Address that we maintain on our system for the relevant Customer. The method of such communication will be at our sole and absolute discretion.
11.3 All communications and notices to be given under these Terms by you or by us must be in writing in the prevailing language. Where the service is not operated by ALYBET, all communications must be made to and from the email address registered on your account.
12. Issues beyond our control
12.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to a Force Majeure event which may reasonably be considered to be beyond our control, despite our taking reasonable precautionary measures, such as: a fortuitous event; pandemic diseases; trade or labor dispute; power failure; act, failure or omission of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunications services; or any other delay or failure caused by a third party, and we shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage that you may suffer. In such event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
13. Responsibility
13.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not compensate you for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (direct or indirect) you may suffer if we fail to perform our obligations under these terms, unless we breach any duties imposed on us by law (including if we cause death or personal injury through our negligence), in which case we will not be liable to you if that failure is attributable to:
i) your own fault;
ii) A third party not connected with our performance of these terms (for example, problems due to the performance of the communications network, congestion and connectivity or the performance of your computer equipment); or
iii) Any other events that neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or prevented, even if we or they had taken due care. As this service is for consumer use only, we will not be liable for any commercial losses of any kind.
13.2 If we are held liable for any event under these terms, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed:
i) the value of the bets and/or wagers you have placed through your account in relation to the relevant bet/wager or product giving rise to the relevant liability, or
ii) EUR 400 in total, whichever is the lesser.
13.3 We strongly recommend that you:
i) Take care to check the suitability and compatibility of the service with your own computer equipment prior to its use; and
ii) Take appropriate precautions to protect yourself from harmful programs or devices, including by installing anti-virus software.
14. Underage gambling
14.1 If we suspect that you have or receive notification that you are under 18 or were under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as stipulated by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) when you made any wager through the Service, your Account will be suspended to prevent you from making further wagers or withdrawals from your Account. We will then investigate the matter, including whether you wagered as an agent for or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as stipulated under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you).
14.2 If we discover that you:
i) Are currently;
ii) Were under the age of 18 or under the age of majority that applies to you at the relevant time;
iii) Or have wagered as an agent for or at the behest of a person under the age of 18 or under the applicable age of majority:
a) All winnings currently or due to be credited to your account will be withheld;
b) All winnings obtained from wagering through the Service while underage must be paid to us on demand (if you fail to comply with this provision, we will seek to recover all costs associated with the recovery of such amounts); and/or
c) Any amounts deposited into your ALYBET Account that are not winnings will be returned to you. This condition also applies to you if you are over the age of 18 but are placing your bets in a jurisdiction that specifies an age over 18 for legal betting and you are under that minimum legal age in that jurisdiction.
14.3 In the event that we suspect that you are in breach of the provisions of this Clause 14 or are attempting to rely on them for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to take all necessary steps to investigate the matter, including informing the relevant law enforcement agencies.
15. Fraud
15.1 We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Client involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment to any Customer where any of these are suspected. You shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay us on demand, all costs, charges or losses suffered or incurred by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from your fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.
15.2 Criminal activity
In case any irregularity is detected (including a suspicion of attempted money laundering or fraud), ALYBET reserves the right to close accounts and/or report on criminal or other suspicious activities provided through one or several accounts to the existing relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. All offenders' account balances will be blocked, withdrawals will be voided, deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
15.3 Collusion and cheating
ALYBET is eligible to disable users' accounts and confiscate their account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they are noticed to have won, attempted to gain an insider advantage or entered into a collusive arrangement with other users to take an unfair advantage. These advantages may consist of dumping and transferring chips, discussing a hand during play, multiple use of a single account, soft playing. ALYBET provides accurate examination of game play by both manual and automated means and investigates all user complaints related to game play. In addition, ALYBET provides proactive, random examination of game pieces and accounts.
15.4 Fraudulent activity
Once ALYBET has noticed fraudulent, illegal, dishonest or improper activity (including the use of VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your actual location, or making bets, wagers or poker play through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we are eligible to block your Account with forfeiture of all Account balances without prior notification. In such cases, AlyBET reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or to take legal action against such user.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 We market as ALYBET and the ALYBET name and logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of our trademark and logo may result in legal action against you.
16.2 The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is our property and no unauthorized use of the URL is permitted on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.
16.3 As between you and us, we are the sole owner of the rights to the Service, our technology, software and business systems (the "Systems"), as well as our probabilities.
i) You must not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser); and
ii) When you select a nickname for your account, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we deem it inappropriate.
16.4 You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names and/or trade dress, logos (the "Marks") and/or our likenesses in connection with any product or service that is not ours, that is in any way likely to cause confusion among Customers or in public or that in any way disparages us.
16.5 Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we and our licensors do not grant you any express or implied rights, licenses, title or interest in the Systems or Marks and all such rights, licenses, title and interest specifically retained by us and our licensors. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or copy web pages or content within the Service. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action against you.
17. Your License
17.1 Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Our license to you ends if our agreement with you under these Terms terminates.
17.2 Except with respect to your own content, you may not, under any circumstances, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit, the Service and/or any content on it or the software on it, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or otherwise on the Site. No information or content on the Service or made available to you in connection with the Service may be modified or altered, merged with other data or published in any way, including, for example, screen capture or database and any other activity designed to collect, store, rearrange or manipulate such information or content.
17.3 Any breach by you of this Section may also be a violation of our or a third party's intellectual property and other proprietary rights which may subject you to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.
18. Your Conduct and Safety
18.1 We would like you to enjoy the Service. However, for the protection of you and all Customers, the posting of any content on the Service, as well as conduct related to it and/or the Service, that is in any way unlawful, inappropriate or undesirable is strictly prohibited - it is Prohibited Conduct. If you engage in Prohibited Behavior, or we determine in our sole discretion that you are engaging in Prohibited Behavior, your Player Account and/or your access to or use of the Service may be terminated immediately without notice.
18.2 Legal action may be taken against you by another Customer, another third party, law enforcement authorities and/or us in connection with you engaging in Prohibited Behavior.
18.3 Prohibited Behavior includes, but is not limited to, accessing or using the Service to:
i) promote or share information that you know is false, misleading or illegal.
ii) Engage in any illegal or unregulated activity, such as, but not limited to, any activity that promotes or fosters any criminal activity or enterprise, provides instructional information about the manufacture or purchase of weapons, violates the privacy or other rights of another Customer or third party, or that creates or spreads computer viruses.
iii) Harm minors in any way.
iv) Transmit or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, lascivious, violent, hateful, or racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
